Jessica came to yoga 10 years ago as a way to multi-task working out with stress relief. She soon realized her yoga practice was doing so much more. Yoga allowed Jessica to feel free - freedom of movement, from physical aches and pains, from stress. A former college basketball player, runner, and triathlete, Jessica found that yoga gave her more strength and flexibility than these other workouts ever could. Jessica wanted to share this strength and feeling of being free with others, so she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Corepower Yoga in April, 2014. Jessica finds much joy and gratitude in sharing the gift of yoga with her students and loves to guide them in finding all that yoga can do for them. Outside of the studio, you'll find Jessica and her husband Jeff showing their two young boys and chocolate lab the adventures that can be found in the world.
